Meet your expert guide, Captain Tim has been fishing professionally for over 40 years and loves every minute he spends on the water. Growing up, he was able to get a good deal of exposure to fishing. His father who has a very strong work ethic has taught him that hard work pays off and to always give 110% of his best in everything that he does in life. 

When they go out on fishing trips, his father would train him to have patience and how to know the right timing which is very important factors if you want to have a good catch. These are just some of his most treasured learnings and memories in life which he feels are very meaningful and had made a great impact on what he is today.

Captain Tim’s huge passion for guiding is truly admirable. He says that he loves catching fish but seeing someone else get it done is what he enjoys the most. He lives for the moments when the impossible happens. If you’d ask around, you’ll definitely get positive feedback from them where most would say that he makes them feel like a family, he is a great mentor to kids or novices, and most importantly works hard to provide a great fishing experience. He loves to laugh and just enjoys the time and challenging moments when he’s out on a charter.

The captain takes his guests on his 21’ Kenner center console boat powered by a 200 HP Yamaha which can accommodate up to 6 anglers. The tunnel hull enables the boat to run in very shallow water to quickly get you to where the fish are, while the modified v-hull maintains a comfortable and dry ride in the chop. It is very well-maintained and the captain makes sure that it is equipped with quality navigational electronics equipment such as GPS and fish finder so he can quickly bring guests to several different spots for a better shot of landing a good catch. It also features a wireless trolling motor, to enable the boat to move smoothly in the waters without spooking the fish and a live well to safe keep your catch. Snorkeling equipment is also available on board if you wish to swim and explore the beauty underneath the waters.

Though Captain Tim loves to have a good time, he is a very knowledgeable fisherman. He always looks forward to getting on the water to see what’s in store. He believes that after leaving the boat landing, it is all about having a great time and catching that big fish of a lifetime and making life-long memories and friendships.
